Advertising may be submitted in jpeg or MS Word format directly to the News Quarterly Editor by email (see Officers page under About Us for current email address). For files larger than 1 MB in size, please contact the Editor for direction. Be sure to include full contact information with your ad copy. You will be invoiced upon publication of your ad, with a copy of the issue in which it appears.
